Nice Tractor

Had trouble with installing rear wheels on axle on this unit, I put many pedal tractors together over the years and did run into this once before. It appears that who ever welded the square plate on the one right rear wheel tacked it with a space from the rim itself making it very difficult to install the cotter pins in hole
