Primary area of responsibility: 

• Assist Showroom Team in all aspects of the showroom operations including processing customer sales, replenishing merchandise, organizing store space, and collaborating on assigned showroom priorities. 
• Any other showroom task assigned by Showroom Retail Manager. 
• Represent Outback Toys LLC in a manner consistent with its business philosophy and Core Values. 

Position Responsibilities: 

• Process customer sales accurately and efficiently using the company’s point-of-sale system. 
• Assist the Showroom Team Lead and team with the daily operations within the showroom and retail space. 
• Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring products are properly displayed, labeled, and readily available for customers. 
• Organize and maintain shelves, displays, and showroom areas to ensure a clean, orderly, and inviting environment. 
• Help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the showroom, including keeping work areas and displays neat and organized. 
• Work collaboratively with the showroom team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. 
• Project a professional and courteous attitude in accordance with our Core Values 
• Assist customers with friendliness and helpfulness to create a positive shopping experience 
• Excellent team player 

Requirements: 

• Willingness to embrace the Outback Toys Core Values 
• Saturday work as needed 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Flexibility in response to quick changes in scheduling and in-store tasks 
• Seasonal position which will conclude December 2026

In person at Outback Toys in Lititz, PA 17543.

Looking to earn extra money with flexible
scheduling starting at $16.50/hour

Pick It – Gather customer orders with speed and accuracy.
Pack It – Package each order with care so it arrives looking great.
Ship It – Get orders out the door and on their way to customers.

Shift Details:

2 shifts available each day M-F: 7am-1pm and 1pm-7pm. Sat: 7am-1pm. Closed Sunday. Beginning mid-October.

Minimum of 3 shifts required per week.
