Product Description
The 1/64 1950 Kenworth Bullnose Garrett Freightlines with Vintage Trailer Yellow and Green by IXO America is among the most historically grounded tractor-trailer combinations in the IXO America catalog. The Bullnose is one of Kenworth's earliest recognizable platforms from the post-war era, and dressing it in Garrett Freightlines fleet colors of Yellow and Green gives this early conventional a specific carrier identity that collectors prize. Diecast metal construction with plastic components, stock number U64TRTR022S.
Garrett Freightlines was a West Coast motor carrier that operated through the mid-twentieth century, and their fleet trucks in this era represent a piece of American regional trucking history that rarely surfaces in 1/64 scale diecast. The vintage trailer behind the Bullnose completes the period-correct combination, placing this release firmly in the early-1950s freight industry context. A toy truck and trailer set built with genuine historical depth.
Recommended for ages 14 and up, this collectible is built for display and collecting, not for play. Collectors focused on early Kenworth platforms, American regional carrier history, or complete vintage tractor-trailer combinations will find this one of the most distinctive releases in the IXO America lineup.
