John Deere Logo Steel Pedal Trailer by ERTL

Has JD logo on both the front and back.
 
made by ERTL, comes unassembled in box.  Tongue and trailer bed are diecast, tires are rubber, wheel rims are plastic.  Requires wrench, screwdriver, and hammer to assemble.  Can be assembled in under 20 minutes time.   Measures 2 feet long at the hitch with the box length as 18 inches long, 14 inches wide, 4.5 inches deep.
