Item Availability

In-stock items, preorder items and backordered items are listed on our website. In-stock items show a red "Add to cart" button on search pages, collection pages and their respective product pages. Preorder items show a red "Preorder" button only on their respective product pages, but have an ETA listed on search pages, collection pages and their product pages. Occasionally, items will temporarily be out of stock due to high demands and the timing of restock shipments. These backordered items show a black "Backordered" designation on search pages, collection pages and their respective product pages. Preorder items are orderable on our website, but backordered items are not orderable on our website. To order a backordered item, please contact our Sales Team at 1-888-414-4705 or sales@outbacktoys.com.

Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment on our website include American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, Visa, Outback Toys Gift Cards and Outback Toys E-Gift Cards. Accepted forms of payment when placing an order directly with our Sales Team include American Express, Discover, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa, personal check, money order, cash (USD only) and Outback Toys Gift Cards.

To pay for your order with a personal check, money order or cash, please contact our Sales Team at 1-888-414-4705 or sales@outbacktoys.com.

Please make personal checks and money orders payable to Outback Toys. If your name and phone number are not present on your check or money order, please print them clearly on the check or money order. Please also include your Outback Toys Order Number in the memo of your check or money order. In stock orders being paid for by check or money order will generally ship within 2-3 business days of receipt and clearance of the check or money order (order processing time may vary depending on the time of year).

Ordering In-Stock & Preorder Items

Online orders containing a mixture of in-stock and preorder/backorder items by default will not ship until all preorder item(s) on the order are in stock. To ship your in-stock item(s) now and your preorder item(s) all together later, add the "Preorder Shipping Charge" split order option listed at the top of the checkout page. Please note: You must add this option during checkout. If you place your order without the split order option but then wish to add the option, it will be too late. We cannot split orders submitted without this option. The "Preorder Shipping Charge" is only available for orders containing in-stock and preorder items shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. The cost for this service is $14.95. 

Order Billing

Online Orders

Payment for in-stock items (including item cost and any appropriate taxes) is charged up front at the time the order is placed (included in the "Total" or "Total due today" listed at checkout), while payment for preorder items (including item cost and any appropriate taxes) is deferred until all preorder item(s) on the order are in stock (included in the "Total due (future date)" at checkout). For orders containing in-stock items only or a mixture of in-stock and preorder items, any appropriate shipping charges are charged up front at the time the order is placed (included in the "Total" or "Total due today" listed at checkout). For orders containing preorder items only, any appropriate shipping charges are deferred until all preorder item(s) on the order are in stock (included in the "Total due (future date)" at checkout). Please note: Payment for online orders cannot be split across multiple payment methods, with the exception of using an Outback Toys Gift Card in conjunction with another payment method. If you need to split your payment across multiple payment methods, contact our Sales Team at 1-888-414-4705 or sales@outbacktoys.com.

Orders Placed with Our Sales Team

Payment is generally not due until all items on the order are in stock and ready to be processed/shipped (certain payment terms may apply). Payment for orders placed directly with our sales team can be split across multiple payment methods.

    Order Holding

    In-stock orders placed with our Sales Team may be held by your request for up to 1 week (7 days) for modifications before billing, processing and shipping. During this time, in-stock items may be added to the order and items may be removed from the order, but preorder/backordered items may not be added to the order. After 7 days, the order will be billed without further notification, then processed and shipped from our facility. Orders containing a mixture of in-stock and preorder/backordered items or preorder/backorder items only may be held until the last preorder/backordered item is in stock. During this time, in-stock items may be added to the order, items may be removed from the order and additional preorder/backordered items may be added to the order if their posted ETA is the same or earlier than the latest posted ETA of any item already on the order.

    Order Cancellation Policy

    Online Orders

    You may cancel preorders/preorder items without a cancellation fee. In-stock orders/items that have not yet shipped from our facility may or may not be able to be cancelled and are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the total refund amount, with a $10.00 minimum/$200.00 maximum fee. Cancellation fees help cover the fees we incur when charging your original payment method and the fees we incur when refunding your payment.     Please note:

    • Preorders/preorder items can be cancelled without a cancellation fee.
    • In-stock orders/items not yet processing in our facility can be cancelled but are subject to the above cancellation fee.
    • In-stock orders processing in our facility may or may not be able to be cancelled and are subject to the above cancellation fee.
    • In-stock orders already shipped from our facility cannot be cancelled. All original shipping and return fees (including return shipping fees) are the Customer's responsibility and are not eligible for refund. Only items returned in compliance with our above Return Policy are eligible for a refund.

    In-Store Pickup Orders

    We offer a free in-store pickup option from our Outback Toys Store (555 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz, PA 17543). If you place an in-store pickup order, you'll receive a confirmation email from our team when it is ready. Please wait for this email before coming to pick up your order. From January through September, in-store pickups require up to 1 full business day from when they are placed to be processed and made ready for pickup. From October through December, in-store pickups require up to 2 full business days from when they are placed to be processed and made ready for pickup.
