Introducing the 5th offering in the Outback Toys Exclusive Power Series: The 1/16 scale Case 1070 Agri King Tractor!
This set includes three (3) different individually packaged Case 1070 tractors, including one (1) regular unit with classic JI Case decoration, one (1) Chase Unit with gloss black decoration, and one (1) Chase Unit with Case IH Red decoration (more about this unit below!). Each of these diecast metal tractors features a unique open station configuration and is equipped with a 2WD front axle, rear duals, diecast metal wheels, diecast rear fenders and a chrome exhaust stack.
Case IH was formed on November 26, 1984 as a merger of the J.I. Case and International Harvester brands. The new company adopted red paint, black trim, and silver wheels as its corporate look. From 1986-1989, Case IH offered an “Update Your Brand” program for J.I. Case, International, and Steiger tractors. Customers who brought their heritage tractors into their local Case IH dealer for a parts update could receive a repaint of their tractor into the new Case IH look. The new paint graphics were marketed to give a classic tractor a modern look and add value to a future trade-in. The Case IH Red Chase Unit version of this tractor reflects a distinctive chapter in agricultural equipment history and offers a unique addition to any 1/16 scale farm toy collection.
According to the manufacturer, these farm toy replicas are recommended for ages 14+ years, making them perfect for collecting and display (not for play).
